How to Report an Issue
If you encounter technical issues, please follow the below procedure to open a ticket, so that I.T. can reach out to you.
Login to the service desk portal, then click on Report an issue.

Fill out the Report an Issue fields, then click the Submit button at the bottom.

That's it! Your ticket will be routed to I.T. and someone will be in touch with you resolve your issue. You can monitor your tickets by scrolling to the bottom of the service desk portal page:
