WELCOME to NewPoint’s CRE Servicing Insight® (CRESI®)
New Users
Enrollment

- Under the “Loan Servicing” header, select the “LOG IN” button.
- You will be redirected to NewPoint’s CRESI® Portal to complete enrollment.
- Select “ENROLL NOW” button.
- Select the applicable role.
- Select “CONTINUE”

- Enter the *required information. NOTE: Each piece of information must match NewPoint’s records exactly in order to obtain access.

Loan Number

Borrower Name
- Exactly as it is recorded on the loan documents including punctuation.

Last 4 digits of Tax ID
- The last 4 digits of the Borrower Tax ID.

Billing Zip Code
- The Borrower’s billing Zip Code.
- Select “CONTINUE”.
- Enter the *required information for your new account.
- NOTE: It is important that the user enrolling has access to the email address & phone number(s) listed here as these will be used for enrollment completion, user authentication, password resets, etc.

- Select “CONTINUE”.
- You will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided in the account setup.
- Follow the instructions provided by navigating to the ‘registration link’.

- You will be prompted to use one of the provided phone numbers to receive a passcode by voice or text.
- Voice verification requires active digit entry to obtain the passcode.

- Text verification will be similar to the image below.
- Depending on your device, this image may look different.
- NOTE: The Passcode verification (by voice or text) will be required for every login.

- Enter this passcode.
- Select “CONTINUE”.

- Please read the Terms & Conditions.
- Indicate that you have read & agree with the Terms & Conditions by checking the box next to the affirmative statement.
- Select “ACCEPT & CONTINUE”.

- Enter your desired Username.
- If the Username entered is already taken, then an error message will appear & you will need to select an available Username.
- Enter your desired Password following the displayed Password Requirements.

- Select “COMPLETE REGISTRATION”.

- “Registration Complete” confirmation message will appear.
- Select “OK”.

- You will be redirected to the login page.
- Enter your newly created Username & Password.
- Select “LOGIN”.

- You will be prompted to use one of the provided phone numbers to receive a passcode by voice or text.
- Voice verification requires active digit entry to obtain the passcode.

- Text verification will be similar to the image below.
- Depending on your device, this image may look different.
- NOTE: The Passcode verification (by voice or text) will be required for every login.
- The Passcode sent will be different that any previously received.
- NOTE: The text verification will come from the same sender number. You may save this contact for future use.

- Enter this passcode.
- Select “CONTINUE”.

- Enrollment is complete.
- You will land on your CRESI® Dashboard & may proceed with accessing your loan information.

Adding Access to Additional Loans
- Once your initial enrollment has been completed and approved, you may request access to additional loans by selecting the “Add Access” icon.

- Enter the *required information.
- NOTE: Each piece of information must match NewPoint’s records exactly in order to obtain access.

- Exactly as it is recorded on the loan documents including punctuation.

Last 4 digits of Tax ID
- The last 4 digits of the Borrower Tax ID.

Billing Zip Code
- The Borrower’s billing Zip Code.
- Select “SUBMIT”.

- You will receive a “Review Required” confirmation message.
- The CRESI® Administration Team will receive the request.
- Once approved, the newly requested loan will appear on your dashboard.

Resetting Your Password
- If you have forgotten your password or otherwise need to reset your password, then you may utilize the “Forgot your username or password?” module in the application.
- Select “Forgot your username or password?”

- Enter your Username.
- Select “CONTINUE”.

- This will kick off a Password Reset email to be sent.

- Select the “Reset Password” link from the email received.
- You will be taken to the CRESI®Portal & prompted for your Username.
- Enter your Username.
- Select “CONTINUE”.

- You will be prompted to use one of the provided phone numbers to receive a passcode by voice or text.
- Voice verification requires active digit entry to obtain the passcode.

- Text verification will be similar to the image below.
- Depending on your device, this image may look different.
- NOTE: The Passcode verification (by voice or text) will be required for every login.
- The Passcode sent will be different that any previously received.

- Enter the Passcode.
- Select “CONTINUE”.

- Enter your New Password.
- NOTE: The New Password must adhere to the displayed Password Requirements.
- Confirm your New Password.
- NOTE: Your New Password confirmation must match your New Password.

- Select “CONTINUE”.
- A “Success!” confirmation message will appear.
- Select “OK” to be redirected to the Login page.

- Enter your Username & new Password.

- You will be prompted to use one of the provided phone numbers to receive a passcode by voice or text.
- Voice verification requires active digit entry to obtain the passcode.

- Text verification will be similar to the image below.
- Depending on your device, this image may look different.
- NOTE: The Passcode verification (by voice or text) will be required for every login.
- The Passcode sent will be different that any previously received.

- Enter the Passcode.
- Select “CONTINUE”.

- You have now reset your Password & are logged into the CRESI® Portal.
